As part of the Sectoral Salt and Salt-Based Strategic Products Specialization Project, our Rector Prof. Dr. Harun Çiftçi and the project team visited Iğdır University. They were welcomed by Iğdır University Rector Prof. Dr. Mehmet Hakkı Alma, Vice Rector Prof. Dr. İbrahim Demirtaş, and the relevant delegation. After initial meetings, the project teams consulted on Regional Development and Specialization Projects.
Presentations were given on Iğdır University`s project processes as the Regional Development and Specialization University for "High Value Added Agricultural Products" in the previous term. During the meeting, we evaluated mutual information and shared experiences, discussed new suggestions, and focused on specific projects. We discussed various aspects that will contribute to the region and the country, especially the provinces with salt mines.
